The Coloring Crate Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital downloadable design packs, creative resources, and community content for self-publishers, creators, and small business owners. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Digital Products & Membership

All Coloring Crate Club products are delivered digitally via instant download. Upon purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to your files through a secure download link or member portal. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products (see Refund Policy section). We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any design packs, trainings, or community offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. Licensing & Commercial Use

Each design pack includes a Personal and Commercial Use License. This means you may:
✅ Use the designs to create and sell end-user products, including coloring books, print-on-demand items, or digital printables.
✅ Edit, recolor, or combine the graphics with other artwork to create unique finished products.
✅ Use the designs in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or other compatible software.

✅ Continue to create products from any premium design pack that you purchase as an individual pack with buyout rights.

You may not:
🚫 Resell, share, or redistribute the original design files “as-is.”
🚫 Sell or distribute the graphics as PLR (Private Label Rights) or in any competing digital product.
🚫 Use our artwork to create your own clipart, design pack, or digital asset collection.

🚫 Continue to create new products from the membership design packs after cancelling your membership.

4. Training, Community & Support

Membership includes access to exclusive trainings, creative workshops, and community calls. These sessions are for personal educational use only and may not be recorded, redistributed, or resold without written permission. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any community content or member who violates our guidelines or acts in a disrespectful or disruptive manner.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you gain access to your downloads or membership area, we cannot revoke that access; therefore, refunds cannot be issued. We encourage you to review product previews carefully before purchasing. 6. Intellectual Property
